LONDON (AFX) - UK provisional M4 money supply was up 0.6 pct in February on a seasonally-adjusted basis from January and was 6.2 pct higher than in the same month a year earlier, the Bank of England said. February provisional M4 lending rose 3.5 bln stg on a seasonally-adjusted basis, which was equivalent to a 0.3 pct increase month-on-month and a 7.3 pct annual rise.
