Japanese capital flows in the week ending March 22 showed Japanese investors again sellers of foreign bonds, although at a slower pace than in the previous two weeks. Foreign investors were modest net buyers of Japanese equities, although they returned to selling JGBs, data released by the Ministry of Finance Thursday showed.
